Having people with the right qualifications in the right roles is a practical and regulatory necessity, but that is not what is important to our clients. We need people with the right values. We are 100% client centred. Here are the values that we think are important:

We take complaints, even minor niggles, seriously and do our upmost to do it right first time, but if we fail, we fix it.
