Anbara Haji

Anbara is the Registered Manager and Chief Executive Officer.


She gained a BSc and MSc in Biomedical Sciences before embarking on a career in nursing. Anbara trained in Leeds and gained her MSc in Nursing at the University of Leeds. She worked in the emergency department at the St James University Hospital in Leeds, where she took care of patients who were critically ill and also patients suffering with Covid-19.


Anbara has a strong desire to exemplify compassion when people are most in need. Furthermore, studying leadership at MSc level and due to her clinical experiences, it has led her to tailor her leadership style to the situation, thus leading teams more effectively.

She continues to develop her management and administration skills through a series of short courses.

Anbara qualified as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Rheumatology where she looked after patients with rheumatic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, connective tissue diseases and ankylosing spondylitis. She was involved with drug education and counselling, running nurse lead clinics and handling advice lines calls.

Faiza Elmi

Faiza is the Head of Care Services for the business.

Faiza qualified as nurse in 2013, having completed her Nursing Science BSc at the University of Huddersfield. She began her career at one of the biggest trauma and orthopaedics centre in West Yorkshire at the Leeds General Infirmary, where she spent the first two years of her nursing career.

In 2015, Faiza went to work at the Leeds St James University Hospital’s high dependency unit, where she looked after patients who had organ transplant surgeries such kidney, lobectomy and many more life changing surgeries.

Later, Faiza moved to the adult critical care unit at Leeds General Infirmary where she looked after the sickest patients in the hospital.

As a critical care nurse, Faiza utilised her advanced nursing skills to care for patients with life threatening health complications such as, cardiac arrest, brain haemorrhage, shock and any other severe medical issues where it was vital to deliver immediate and intensive care.

Faiza’s special interests include:

  • Patient assessment
  • Care plan implementation
  • Complex care
  • Tracheostomy care, Percutaneous endoscopic gastronomy
  • Cough assist, home oxygen care, overnight CPAP and PIPAP.
